August in C A L I F O R N I A

Saturday, August 9, 2014 Permalink 0

Hey lovely peeps! Just thought to stop by on the blog before I have to start getting ready for work… I took these pictures last night I was trying a lighting technique and also wanted to get a shot of my (fake) nose ring. I’ve been wanting one for a very long time, but I am too scared to actually get a real one so that is why I thought to go the cheap route.

Right now it is hot in California, but then we are getting the weird cloudy weather where it is shady in a hot climate? I don’t really know what is going on with this non sense. GOOD NEWS! I got an interview next week! I am so excited! Am going to be trying for another job too as well, because I really do need a second job. Sucks to be an adult, so don’t grow up too fast.

I will be putting more pics soon of my cool outfits I just got! So to be safe, make sure you follow my Instagram and also my Twitter! I have 2 instagram accounts and that’s because I love video games (xbox to be exact, but I usually have gaming related content on this account) and occasional style looks and “selfies”… xD Don’t forget my YouTube Channel as well for kicks and giggles.

Talk to you peeps soon!

So today was a very long day for me. It was church in the morning to all the way at night under the stars roasting marshmallows (well- a bonfire as I like to call it since I don’t like marshmallows). After church I went along with my family to get doughnuts (delicious) at this wonderful place called Winchells. Ever since I can remember its been at the same place for years. I practically grew up there.

Okay sometime last week I went downtown to visit this other location of  Better Buzzed Coffee which I wrote a separate blog post about hereAnyways I love coffee in general, but love to try out new places that serve similar or something new and different! Driving everywhere, my grandma and I finally found it which took a good 45 minutes to find because it was hidden in a building on the third floor (who knew?).

After searching for the little coffee shop, we went outside which it was a seating area that had a view where you can look at all the buildings across and side to side. It was astonishing.

My outfit consists my love for Tillys. The military jacket and leopard tank top of course. Black leggings are from F21. Lastly my shoes are from H&M. :) Talk to you cool peeps soon!

Spontaneous Adventures in Good Ole’ San Diego

Sunday, July 27, 2014 Permalink 0
Wedding in San Diego along on the Del Beach of Coronado Island. Right in the middle of the court yard of Del Coronado Hotel, there was white chairs formally spaced out for a Bride and Groom to get hitched! :) Before then, I took a spontaneous trip around town with my great grandpa that is visiting for the summer.

It was a pleasant surprise for me to go out and about. Didn’t think I would be traveling, since today was my day off, but it wasn’t too bad. I actually had fun even though I thought I would be extremely tired since my life has been a little hectic from these past few weeks.
I finally got my car back on Friday, but it was still acting up. So my grandma and I took it back this morning. We ate some- what of a breakfast. Then later on as you saw in the pictures, we went to take my great grandpa out and about to wherever he chose to be. First stop was a little brunch restaurant to eat. Loved the coffee! (As you see in the Pepsi cup haha) It was quite delicious. Second stop, was after we ate we went to the beach, and the hotel. I was trying so hard to find a outlet source to charge my phone and work on my blog! No luck ;/ all the seats were taken with all the plugs!
Anyways, then I got an iced tea and just charged my phone for about 15 mins. Then earlier when we passed by the courtyard, we saw there was going to be a wedding taken place very soon. The set up on the beach was the small reception table and mini bar. I really loved how it was right on foot (literally on the sand). They had decorated so elegantly. A chandelier hanging from the canopy, and the table set up with a peach decor. :) It was quite amazing to see.
Now I am back home, going to be working some more on my other blog and catching up on a few social networks I haven’t looked at. Goodness, I don’t know how these other bloggers do it. Right now it’s only me, I know some have an assistant manager whose end up being their best friend and worker at the same time. Maybe one day, I’ll get another set of helping hands! :)

Fancy Little Italy // My Night at Barona

Wednesday, July 23, 2014 Permalink 0

Literally felt like I was in Little Italy because of the environment. Beneath the casino at  Barona, was a little restaurant and 3 other restaurants as well. It was certainly beautiful! And of course, delicious!

So, Monday evening my sister, grandma and I went to Barona to just spend a night and have fun. Ate a lot that’s for sure. Definitely was nice to spend time with them. Missed hanging out and being able to visit hotels and their great hospitality as well.
I definitely want to go back again. Maybe I’ll be able to play next time at the casino. My grandma won by the way… (of course… haha). So I was happy for her. The reason why we got to spend a night is because well- let’s just say my great grandpa (which believe it or not, is still alive at eighty- something) is a common visitor at the casino there. That is why we got to stay for free.
Back to the absolute amazing restaurant… It was a delightful experience. The food and desserts were incredibly like no other “so called” Italian Restaurant. I’ve never set foot in Italy, but honestly can say they are the closest to Italian you will ever experience.
Therefore, you probably already know that my Monday night  was pretty awesome and quite tasteful. We honestly didn’t know where we were going to be having our dinner, then Wa-la! We are sitting at what seemed to be a splendid surprise.
Make sure to follow me on my Instagram! Also I hade made a Photography page for all my extra photography pictures from all my blog posts that I post from all categories. :) So make sure to check them out!
Thank you for your time. Have a wonderful day/night wherever you are in this world! :) Talk to you very soon!

Adventures in Downtown San Diego

Thursday, July 17, 2014 Permalink 0

Hello everyone! Got to go visit downtown for a little bit, and went to a place called San Diego Harbor which you can look at ships that are Museums you can go inside to tour in.

Starbucks on the corner of Downtown

Haha I don’t know why, but my grandma wanted me to take a pic of him… She thought it would suit my blog? LOL

As we went to Downtown we did just walk around (my grandma and I) the Harbor. It was peaceful to just watch the sunset and hear the water rise up and down against the side of the ships. Starbucks was yummy, got my original Caramel Macchiato. Had an adventure that was spontaneous. I like spontaneous. Living every day with a plan is good, but an unknown plan is wild.
I love to see myself one day looking outside looking back what is done is done, and moving forward to being happy and continuing life as a young successful woman. That would only be my beginning.
