Fall Fashion Haul | Tilly’s

Thursday, September 11, 2014 Permalink 0

Hello friends, I am back with a new different sort of post. I went shopping, I believe two weeks ago, bought some stuff from Tilly’s & many more  (there’s more coming by the way).  First I thought to do all the items in one post, but then realized that is way too many photos (haha). So therefore, I am doing each store in one individual post! To start off with my favorite store, Tilly’s

I am already preparing for the fall! Sad that it is still hot here in California which sucks. I love the cold more than anything, especially layering my clothes in unique ways as the new trends of fashion arise. I am just really hoping it will be cold very soon!

Alright, moving on… I wanted to first say that since it is still hot in California, it is easy for us Californians to get away with most summer fashion pieces because of the heat. So I bought summer clothes basically for this fall, since I know it will never stay cold any ways. Ugh, bummer right?

Tilly’s Happening Now: I Am Still Dying of the Heat

Also want to mention that I rarely had time last night to edit all the photos, but did want to keep its natural color on the clothes itself. So the blue or red is its true color to what you see. Which is why I’m apologizing for the lack of quality? Maybe?

I feel the pictures give more of a lifestyle vibe. Only because these were takin’ in my room. So maybe, tumblr worthy? (as the kids might refer it to haha)!

Anyways funny story at tilly’s, as you read the photo on my boy tee shirt… The girl’s that worked there helping me find the shirt was a bit embarrassing considering they were confused on whether I wanted for myself or looking for someone else. I guess it was more embarrassing than funny. I thought to go with the men’s size, but I am a midget that still fits in the children’s sizes. So I bought the small in the boy’s section, which I know people are wondering how can I  possibly pull it off? But little do they know I have few fashion ideas up my sleeve. Although, I wish I still had my long hair :( Because I honestly think with the certain length of a person’s body and hair style, you can really do some pretty cool fashion outfit tricks. (Man I wish I was tall…)

Being prepare for fall (preferably clothes speaking haha) in California is kinda difficult since we obviously don’t have seasons here. With the solution of summer to fall transformation, we “Californians” have an awesome way to keep reusing our all time favorite summer fashion pieces and blend or mix them up with our new wardrobe for the fall/winter time. :)

If anything I hope this post gave you some style inspiration! I will show you my next part of my fall fashion haul the next day! Make sure to follow my social links to know when it is up! Have a lovely rest of the day! xx

What’s up friends, so another outfit from this weekend. Went to seaport as you probably already seen from yesterday’s post. To be honest I am already thinkin’ to go back sometime this week or beach (I’m in love with the place, okay).

I was inspired by many photos I’ve seen of this classic clothing style that every fashion blogger has been wearing lately or even being creative with their own personal style. I love the whole black on black and even white on white. So I believe they call the two together minimal fashion, which I adore. It’s classy, daring, and who doesn’t like to wear all black?

Loved the tee I got from H&M which I thought would look awesome with any outfit that I could throw on for a casual day. High waisted shorts from Kmart that I had to wear because it is still hot in California (ugh…). Booties are from F21 to make my outfit a little bit more classy with a mini heel.  Also just got these sunglasses that I am obsessed with, from Sunglassspot.com aren’t they lovely!? :)

Well I must be going, make sure to follow my instagram and twitter for the updates on my next post! I have to do errands. UGH.

Seaport Village, CA // sneak peek #ootd

Sunday, September 7, 2014 Permalink 0

Hi my cool friends, it is currently 10:37 pm as I am writing and by the time you see these words, it’ll be the next morning. My head has been hurting for some reason and just been really sick ;/ Hope I am not getting some kind of flu.

Anyways, went to seaport village here in downtown San Diego (my all time favorite place to be) with my sister to shoot some photos for my new tee from H&M. Saw a ship, explored Hyatt’s luxury hotel, ate some pizza, & mainly played as a tourist. :) Take a look!

Despise the hot weather (still) , the breeze from the ocean is very lovely. We did a lot of walking at Seaport Village and I believe I am still exhausted from that day haha! I don’t know where my next stop will be in California, but I do want to go back to Newport Beach or even L.A sometime to visit! Or even go back to Arizona for my birthday to visit my friends. Been wanting to do (as well as she) a photo shoot with my lovely photographer Sybil back in AZ. ;( Hopefully very soon! I miss every one.

However, I am so lucky to live near so many amazing places here in San Diego. As much as I have a love/hate relationship for California, I’m glad to call the west coast my Home. :)

HELLO FRIENDS OF THE INTERNET! Long time no talk, so it feels like on my side of the keyboard. Really wanted to make an outfit layout (since I’ve never really tried before) so I thought why not. Also went shopping on Labor Day, and got a few things. In the back of my mind I was thinking fall colors and fall weather. Honestly cannot wait til it starts to cool off here in Southern California!

Anyways, got this awesome crop tee? (I think? haha) That says, “That’s Awesome” from H&M. :) And not to mention a magazine & this is embarrassing, but you can see my position of taking this photo… (just realized after I already edited haha).

I don’t know what I’ll be doing today, but definitely want to go and take more photos since it has been really nice outside lately. Either the beach or some where that is more urban with awesome view. Want to go shopping for more accessories, but I have to save my money because I have stupid jury duty soon (which by the way my job does not pay for), which sucks big time. ;(

More photos will be coming soon, make sure to be updated either Bloglovin’, twitter, facebook, etc. I am working on making a newsletter for those who read their emails more often than I do! (Haha) Talk to you all very soon! xx

Neff x Disney Collection 2014| #OOTD

Monday, September 1, 2014 Permalink 1

HELLO AWESOME BUNCHES! Right now it is Sunday, but by the time you see this it will be the next day, which is right now.

Anyways, I work early tomorrow (today… haha) and its Labor Day! Woo Hoo! Unfortunately, I get stuck with opening (which I have a love/hate relation with, but that’s okay) in the morning for the crazy shoppers. At least I get to get off early in time to shop too, to look at the brighter side I guess you can say.

MOVING ON to my outfit of the day, (lol finally) I have a floral Minnie mouse long-sleeve graphic shirt from Tilly’s. Isn’t darling? I believe so. It is quite different from any collection they’ve ever had with another brand. Which this is exclusively by one of my own very favorite brands, Neff Head Wear

Disney decided to partner up with Neff, for a more street style collection in the fashion retail industry. I absolutely love when two totally different industries partner up to create something that has never been done before. Love Mickey and Minnie mouse as a kid growing up as well as many others would  probably feel the same way. If you have never grown up in this era, then my child you have a lot of growing up to do still.

The uniqueness to this lovely graphic shirt of Minnie Mouse is that there is floral print on the bow and long sleeves. It gives more of an abstract appearance which I adore. Also, the straight forward answer to life (literally, kids these days) is also printed at the bottom of Minnie’s silhouette which says, “Too Many People Grow Up”; this is true my cool friends. Indeed kids- teens try to grow up fast. Stay a kid while you can.

Floral print will be a fashion trend this season for Autumn. I love the winter time more than I love summer (let’s be real now). I love fall outfits, the weather, Christmas, hot coffee, you know- all the good stuff! For my personal style I love to bundle up with layers and the bold bright colors! Don’t you?

Alright my cool friends, I must go. If you want to get the Minnie Mouse shirt from Tilly’s then HERE YA GO, THIS HIGHLIGHTED PART WILL TAKE YOU. Hope you guys have an awesome Labor Day weekend?! Get your shopping done and share with your friends (or mom haha) what you snatched from a girl who eyed the same piece you saw on the sale rack. I know, I was too detailed there. I mean if that’s the last size, you go beast mode. Am I right?
